Payment
All payments are made through Paypal. We only ship to confirmed addresses. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Charges
Once an order is received your order confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you immediately. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Hair on back order or custom made extensions will take longer depending on inspection times and availability.  You will be notified about any delays.  Orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail which guarantees 2-3 day delivery, including Saturday delivery.

All orders under 10 bundles are shipped within 5 business days via United States Priority Mail with “Signature Confirmation” and tracking. If your order is over 10 bundles please email us before placing your order online. International shipping charges apply to Mexico, Canada, and all other countries outside of the US.  Transit times are 2-3 days for United States Domestic Priority Mail and 4-7 days Internationally. 

Cancellation
All orders must be cancelled before the order has shipped.  Please send an email with the words “Cancellation” in the subject line.  Once an order has been processed, meaning submitted to the warehouse and packaged for USPS, you may not cancel.  If you refuse an order at time of delivery and the order is sent back to us you will incur a 15% restock fee.

Return Policy
We will accept all exchanges within 7 days from the receipt of your order.  We encourage you to send with a courier that can provide tracking on the package.  Please send an email with the words "Return" in the subject line. You must recieve a RMA number within 7 days from receipt of your purchase. **Please note we DO NOT accept returns where the hair has been altered in any way. The original holders must be in the hair.  The hair cannot  be shampooed, colored, conditioned, cut, curled, or worn.  Tags cannot be removed. No Exceptions.
